Over the next 2 weeks, Amidon Studios is hosting a free DÃa de Muertos conversation meetup, fiesta for kids, and paint night. We're so excited to celebrate this beautiful holiday with you and your loved ones.
DÃa de Muertos is a Mexican holiday that is celebrated on Nov. 1 and 2. It's a time to remember and celebrate loved ones who have passed away.

DÃa de Muertos Spanish Conversation Meetup
When: Wednesday, Oct. 18 at 7pm Pacific
Where: Zoom
Description: This meetup is a great way to learn more about the traditions and history of DÃa de Muertos. You'll also have the opportunity to practice your Spanish conversation skills.

Where: Heritage Park, Chula Vista, CA
Description: This fiesta is a fun and educational event for kids of all ages. They'll learn about DÃa de Muertos traditions, play games, and make crafts.

When: Thursday, Oct. 26 at 6pm Pacific
Where: Balboa South, Chula Vista, CA
Description: This paint night is a fun and creative way to celebrate DÃa de Muertos with San Diego artist Maira Meza of Arte Hasta La Muerte. You'll learn how to paint a glow-in-the-dark catrina and take your masterpiece home with you. This event is almost sold out.
