Refund Policy

​Digital Courses and Self-Paced Products​

Due to the digital nature of our self-paced courses, downloads, and digital materials, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for digital products once access has been granted.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact jackie@amidonstudios.com, and we will assist you.

Private Lessons, Family Programs, and Live Instruction​

All lesson-based programs are governed by our student contract and enrollment terms.

• Payments are non-refundable once a billing period begins.

• Unused lessons are not refundable.

• Students may cancel ongoing lessons with at least 30 days’ written notice, in accordance with their contract.

• Lessons missed without proper notice are forfeited and not refunded.

• Refunds are not issued for schedule changes, student availability issues, or dissatisfaction unrelated to instructor misconduct or error.

Any applicable holds, pauses, or program changes are handled according to the terms outlined in the student agreement signed at enrollment.
